VILLA EXTENSION IN ST-JEAN-CAP FERRAT (06230)

The client wanted to add to his villa an annexe intended for the housekeeper. The idea of the project is to create a volume that is independent from the villa and only connected by a glazed corridor. The chosen sober structure relies on that of used for the stone retaining wall. Thus, the new building blends into the slope, following the continuity of the existing walls of the garden. The overhang patio enables the annexe to enjoy its own outdoors and highlights the “privacy” of the place.
